The Township Trustee may consider assisting with certain household essentials after a standard application has been completed and eligibility has been determined. Household essentials are items not available for purchase with food stamps such as cleaning products, paper products, or personal hygiene items. This assistance is granted in the form of a purchase order and must be used only at Kroger (St. Joe Center location) and in accordance with guidelines 2.20.00, 2.20.01. A list of approved items will accompany the purchase order. If the full amount of purchase order is not used, the difference is forfeited.
